To reset your password, go to myidentity.ku.edu and click on the “Forgot your password?” link. Once you click on the link, you will be prompted to enter your KU Online ID. In order to verify your identity, you will be prompted with the three challenge questions that you created when you first set up your KU Online ID. After successfully verifying your identity, you will be prompted to change your password which will then be sent to you.

Many of your online courses will have additional requirements of which you will need to take advantage. Depending on your courses, you will need software and tools to help prepare for course activities. It is a good idea to have these tools:
You can download the KU Connect mobile app at the Apple App Store. Currently, the KU Connect mobile app is only available for IOS devices, but there are plans for an Android release in the future.
Access the KU Connect menu and press on the existing picture. From the profile screen, touch the current picture to bring up a menu where you can either choose a photo from your photo library or take one with your camera. The photo will be immediately updated and displayed.
KU Connect is your integrated online learning platform and the content is synced between KUConnect.ku.edu and the mobile app. Within your program, there may be some content pieces that will be more suitable for desktop. When this is the case, you will see a notification within the mobile app.
